All (Not So) Quiet on the Job-Hunt Front! Godai's Eleventh-Hour Save! is the seventy-fourth episode of the Maison Ikkoku anime.
Synopsis[]
After the events of the previous episode, Yagami is now living in Maison Ikkoku while Godai keeps job hunting. Meanwhile Godai and Ibuki's father talk trying to sort this out. In an attempt to make Ibuki come home, his father looks for ways to help Godai. How is Mr. Yagami going to help Godai? Is that going to be the way to make Ibuki return home?

- In the scene where Godai is talking to Mr. Yagami at the café, there is a song in the background: it is an instrumental piece called "Koukyoukyoku Douran Daiichi Gakushou Yori" (From the "Upheaval" Symphony, first movement).
- In the scene Godai is talking to Ibuki Yagami on his room at night, on one of the walls there is a poster with the legend "Gatsby" on it. That may be a reference to the "Gatsby" Japanese cosmetic brand.
- In the scene where Godai and Sakamoto are talking at his place, Sakamoto smokes "Mild Eleven" cigarrettes. That can be a reference to the "Mild Seven" Japanese brand of cigarettes.
