Synopsis[]
The secret sadness that Kyōko's kept hidden for so long is finally revealed. Kyōko, it turns out, is a widow. A graveside visit with Sōichirō, her beloved husband, has Godai wondering if he stands any chance at all. How can he compete with a dead man?

- According to a wall calendar on Kyōko's room, this episode takes place on a a month of April that has 30 days and starts on a Wednesday the 1st.
- This episode aired on April 1986, but the Tankobon manga counterpart was published around May 1982.
- That being said, no month of April around those years comply with those requirements.
