Synopsis[]
A new tenant moves to Room #3, and it seems that Kyōko starts to develop feelings for him. Meanwhile, rumors start to circulate that may put Maison Ikkoku itself at jeopardy. Who is the new tenant for real? And what are the rumors gonna do to the building and its people?
